Compass Laboratory Services was founded in 2011 by Doctor William R Chapman III and his wife Jannie. They recognized a growing problem with drugs in the local high school where their kids attended and decided to start a clinical lab to meet the community's needs. At Compass Laboratory Services, we provide accurate and timely laboratory testing services to our clients.
